1.1. The dragonshock.com website is the property of ESQUAD SRL (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Seller’), a Belgian company specialising in the online sale of electronic games and other software and accessories.
1.2 In the context of the application of the RGPD, ESQUAD SRL is the data controller.

1.3. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation, which includes the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (‘GDPR’) and Belgian data protection laws.
1.5. This Privacy Policy applies only to ‘personal data’ or ‘personal data’ within the meaning of the GDPR, excluding statistical results provided as aggregated and anonymised data by DragonShock.

3. WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES?
3.1. IF YOU HAVE CREATED A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ON OUR WEBSITE
3.1.1. We process the following data:
- Your personal identification data (surname, first name and date of birth);
- Your contact details (email address and telephone number);
- Your billing and delivery details (postal address, country, telephone number, method of payment);
- Orders placed;
- Data relating to your IP address and your log in on our eshop;
We process this data in order to conclude and execute the contract that you have entered into with us with a view to purchasing our products available on our eshop (art 6, §1, b) RGPD) and to carry out direct marketing in relation to the products that you have already purchased on our eshop (soft opt-in).
3.1.2. On the basis of your consent (art 6, §1, a) RGPD), we also process the following optional data:
- Your wish list relating to purchases on our site;
- Your subscription to our Newsletter;
We process this data in order to make your experience on our site more complete and practical.
3.2. IF YOU HAVE CONTACTED US
With your consent, we process the following data:
- Your identification data (name) ;
- Your contact details (email);
- The content of your message;
We process your data in order to contact you when you have left your details to obtain further information about our services (consent).
3.3. IF YOU ARE A VISITOR TO OUR WEBSITE
When you visit our website, we collect certain information about your browser, IP address, etc., in order to make your use of our website as efficient and comfortable as possible (collection of statistics) and to protect our IT systems from attacks and other illegal activities.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
Your data is kept by us for as long as is necessary to conclude the contract.
We delete your personal data as soon as the purpose for which we have collected and processed it ceases to exist and within the following time limits:

Data processed as part of and for the purposes of providing our sales service will be actively retained for the time necessary to perform the contract or to monitor our contractual relationship and will then be archived for the statutory limitation period of 10 years, before being permanently deleted on expiry of the limitation period.
We reserve the right to keep your data for an additional period in the event of a dispute or litigation concerning the correct performance of the contract, in which case your data will be kept until the dispute has been resolved amicably or by a court of law.
1. The data of persons who have contacted us as part of pre-contractual measures without concluding a contract or to obtain additional information, or who have created a customer account on our site without concluding a contract, is retained and will be deleted after 12 months if no further action has been taken by these persons within this period.

5. TO WHOM MAY YOUR DATA BE TRANSFERRED?
Your personal data may be transferred to our suppliers, sub-contractors and professional service providers, who provide services that include data processed on our behalf. These parties may only process your personal data in order to carry out their task and within the limits of our instructions.
We do not transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
We may transfer your personal data to public authorities or other third parties where required to do so by law or where necessary to protect and defend our legal interests.
Apart from this, we will not pass on any of your personal data, whether pseudonymised or not, to third parties. We do not sell your data to advertisers or any other third party.
6. WHAT SECURITY MEASURES HAS TGIF PUT IN PLACE?
In order to protect your personal data against loss, destruction and unauthorised access or manipulation, DragonShock has taken both technical and organisational security measures.
This means, on the one hand, that our computer system is equipped with backup, filtering and firewall systems to protect your personal data and, on the other hand, that our employees have been made aware of the risks associated with data breaches and trained to handle your personal data correctly, and that access to your personal data is only granted to authorised persons in the context of the performance of their duties.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
The RGPD gives you the following rights, which you can exercise by sending an e-mail to the following address: support@dragonshock.com
Right of access: you have the right to obtain confirmation from us that personal data concerning you is being processed by us and, if so, to have access to it and to obtain information on the origin of the data and the nature of the processing carried out.
In any event, once you have created a customer account, the customer area of the dragonshock.com website gives you immediate access, via download, to all the personal data processed by our services in CSV format (with the exception of cookies).
Right of rectification: by law, you may ask us to rectify and/or complete your inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
This being the case, once you have created a customer account, the customer area of the dragonshock.com website already allows you to rectify and/or complete your personal data. You may update your personal information via your account: (1) to confirm the accuracy of the personal information we have collected about you; (2) to update your personal information.
Right to erasure: without prejudice to the legal retention periods set out in Article 4, you may ask us to erase your personal data or delete your account, in particular when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, or if you have revoked your consent to its processing and there is no other legal basis for its processing.
Right to limited processing: under certain conditions, you have the right to request limited processing, in which case your personal data may, with the exception of storage, only be processed by DragonShock with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, for the protection of the rights of third parties or for important reasons of public interest.
Right to data portability: if technically possible, you have the right to ask us to transfer your personal data to another data controller.
Right to object: you always have the right to object, without giving any reason and free of charge, to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes by sending us a request to that effect to the following address: support@dragonshock.com.
Right to withdraw your consent: if the processing of your personal data is based solely on your consent, you have the right to revoke it at any time, it being specified that the withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal, or of processing which is based on a basis other than consent.
If you are registered as a customer, the dragonshock.com customer area allows you to delete any optional data you wish.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: If you consider that your rights in relation to the processing to which you are subject are not being respected by DragonShock, you may lodge a complaint at the following address: support@dragonshock.com , or if this is not dealt with satisfactorily, with the competent Data Protection Authority.
